I am trying to import a picture from My Documents to post a reply. What should I do?

Could you guide me step by step? I am a novice when it comes to this.

Go to www.imageshack.us  > click browse and find the file you want then double click it. Then click upload then wait for the page to refresh then copy the direct link and paste into a new post in between the [ img] and [ /img] tags (without the spaces.)

or use the "file attachment" in your post and once you have choose a pic put the following text where you want to place the image:
[img][attachment][/img]
