My emoticons stop showing after i use a wink and i have to close the chat window and opening it again..

How can i fix this?

Using MPL 4.01.0.240 and WLM 8.0.0792


NOTE: This happens after 10 minutes (more or less)  chatting with the same user

Rule  number 1, don't even bump a topic when it hasn't even been 24 hours yet.

Rule number 2, have you uninstalled and reinstaled both Plus! Live and Live Messenger

Does it still happen without Plus! Live installed?

Are you using some other program with Windows Live Messenger or have you Patched WLM. Try removing them all then uninstall WLM and remove the MSN Messenger folder in Programs Files and then install WLM again.

This may solve your problem.

I have uninstalled Plus! and i havent had the problem...it seems like Plus! was the problem, but you know, being without it sucks, so, what can i do? I wanna fix the problem but i dont wanna lose Plus!

THe problem has come back for me again!!

So its not Plus! this time..

What could it be ?

Have you patched WLM or use any other add-ons?

No i haven't, i used to use A-patch but i uninstalled it,  with our without it, the problem continues
