My view on this is that DRM only keeps an honest person honest, and if they want to fight music piracy they should give the users a decent alternative to downloading music illegaly.
The current DRM ridden solutions don't cut it, if they followed the model of
eMusic, and provided DRM free, legal music at a low cost, then a lot more people would buy music.
Having said that, by downloading DRM music, you agree to abide by the DRM lisence and so you shouldn't try and circumvent it
