Hi all,

Days ago I get to know that it's possible to add BBcode formatting when editing the contacts' nickname, then I tried it.

It works(color, bold) but I found that my some of my contacts (formatted with BBcode) are duplicated. That is, if I add BBcode to a contact in "best friends" group, it will also appear in "friend" group, then if I try to delete the duplicated one I delete the original as well, this is frustrating and I have to delete&block then add him/her back. It will not help if I remove the BBcode, both copies remain.

Any confirmations/suggestions?

Ways to reproduce:
1. Having some different groups
2. Edit the contact's nickname like this :

3. You should see that two Friend Aappear.

That's never happened to me. Is the contact in multiple groups to start off with?

I don't quite understand "is to start off with".

you mean that"if the contact is the first one in the list?"

'To start off with' = 'Before you do anything'

But no, it copies itself after I edit it with BBcode

and I've tried another account where I didn't got the problem reproduced, let's say it's mystique....

I delete that group in question, luckily the contacts in that group are not deleted, they left their "copies" in the other group, then I recreate the group with the same name, drag&drop, problem resolved.
