I would like to activate the function to be able to chat with a friend who is on yahoo messenger.
But I don't know where to find it ?

I already went there, but when I click on "try it", nothing happens, the pages just refresh.
(my page appears in french)

, it should come up with a I agree / i don't agree page. Try going to this page: http://ideas.live.com/programpage.aspx?versionId=...-81cc-685ee3e858fe and then click Try It on the top right hand corner.

And then if I try to click on "try it" I just refreshed the page, as before.

According to mess.be they posted a few weeks ago that the amount of people that could join this beta was actually limited afterall but they werent sure to how much people.

oh, I see. But I keep on receiveing a notice from my messenger live saying " a friend in yahoo added you in his contact list. If you want to speak with him, just suscribe to the function blablabla"...it makes me angry
