Hi all,

Here is a small script which I basically created for myself. I created it because I'm a little bit lazy , and I don't want change both MSN's status and Skype's status when needed.

This plugin synchronizes your Skype status with your MSN status. This  means that when you change your MSN status, Skype's status will be changed automatically.

Skype statuses are slightly different from MSN statuses, so here's a little synchronization map :

MSN Status   -> Skype Status
Online        -> Online
Busy          -> Do Not Disturb
Away          -> Away
Be Right Back -> Away
Idle          -> Away
Invisible     -> Invisible
In a Call     -> Not Available
Out To Lunch  -> Not Available

Please let me know wether or not you like this script and if you have any feature requests (like making the synchronization map configurable for example ).

Small suggestion, maybe you could get the both to synchronize?

From my 2 minute test, it is working fine . I'll let you know of any suggestions if I think of any.

Request : Add status change only with specified id and not with others.

I mean if im logged in with 1@xxx.com and 2@xxx.xom then it changes the skype status to status of 1@xxx.xom and not to the status of 2@xxx.com. (Ask me for any help with this if you need.) Or if you allow me to modify you code then i can do it for myself if you dont want to add this feature.

That was my first goal when I was creating the script. However, this proved to be a bit more difficult than I thought it would be. That's why I finally decided to make WLM the 'master' and Skype the 'slave'.
I'll look further into this to see if I can make it, but I can't give you any guarantees .
