There is a problem because MSN Plus is from Microsoft and Messenger Plus is not from Microsoft so if you want to write MSN Plus you should link it to Microsoft's MSN Plus.

Plz stop arguing it was a mistake no hard feelings.

I downloaded the file but when I went to extract it Nortan automatically deleted the program and sent me to this page for information about it.  I thought I should let you know, I would hate to see people angry later about it when they could have known before-hand.

sorry samoo_bob but the MSN protocol doesn't allow for block checkers to work, it's not possible, at all, so no matter what you say, we all know that it DOESN'T WORK.

Mate, I'm afraid they dont.

The only way one could work is with the alien account method. Where you have two accounts on their contact list, if one is blocked, the other will see the contact online.

You can even watch this video featuring the messenger team saying that blockcheckers do not and cannot work.
