Plus! (including Plus! Live) are add-ons to Messenger (which includes Windows Messenger, MSN Messenger, and Windows Live Messenger), which means they add to the Messenger program, but not an entirely new Messenger software. In other words, you are acutally using Windows Live Messenger (the actual name of msn live) with Messenger Plus! Live installed.

I have also obtained this problem before....but it solved on its own. Try restarting both computers and re-plug in both webcams.

If it's working with everyone else, it's a problem on her end. She need to look for support, not you. =p

Happens to me Quiet often, Sometimes a simple Signing in and out of you and your friend fix the problem.

Sometimes its due to Server Issue on M$'s side.
Like last time it happened to me it was around the time when people weren't allowed to sign in(contacts list can't be achieved and stuff). That was few weeks back.

So not really your problem. It M$'s fault. Sometimes your invite will get throught and contact accepts it but on your side still looks like your waiting for them to accept and nothing happens.
