this message appeared when i tried to install WLM plus
can someone help me?

mm this error is new for me , but delete the web cache ( http://www.nyu.edu/its/faq/cache.html , How to empty the disc cache and delete cookies in various web browsers )download again the plus! from www.msgpluslive.net  , and install.

however, you need the pc compatibility whit it and need too the wlm.

best bet is to delete any messenger folder ( making sure ou have uninstalled any other version prior ) an reboot an clean out the cookies/Delte IE files/History  an try to install

Error 8004 can occur if your %TEMP% directory is not set-up properly, if the internal lib library fails to extract the files or if the setup was damanged during download.

So first, I suggest you try downloading the setup again from http://www.simtel.net/product.php[id]96937[sekid]0[SiteID]simtel.net . If it still fails, please send me an email at mplus@patchou.com .
