Is there possibly a script that shows you as the contact is typing, so if the contact deleats it and dosnt send it, you can still see what they were saying???

Why are people always talking about the "invasion of privacy". Please don't mention that as a reason, the question is: "is is possible" and the answer is "no, it is not". There's no further discussion needed because it is very clear that it is absolutely not possible without installing extra plugins / scripts / whatever on your friends pc.

"No" is the answer, the reason behind that answer is because that would otherwise be a invasion of privacy.

People mention invasion of privacy because that is quite often the underlying thing why something hasn't been implemented or can't be implemented.

No kidding... I know you probably wouldn't like it if somebody invaded your privacy, J-Thread... so it's a simple answer to the question of why it's not done.

This one isn't done because it would be an invasion of privacy and both contacts would need to have it... Simple as that.

Nothing is wrong with saying that it cannot be done and the reason behind it.

fair point, but is that the only reason it cant be done? cos i mean if the friend concurs to installing the script too is it actually possible?

It's not so much 'can't be done', as 'won't be done', for the aforementioned reason.

If you and your friend would both install the script it could be done... But since not too many people probably will install the script... it probably won't be done.

It can't be done, because none of the text is sent until you press enter.

It is possible to do with a script installed on both computers however.
