Can anyone help me? I can use Live messenger but i appear offline to all of my contacts. This happened over night and i cannot understand why? I have checked by staus and it is ok, i'm showing as online and i have no contacts in my block list?
What else can i try? Reinstall? Remove all contacts the add again? any advice would be appreciated! At the moment i can till Im people but cannot share files in folder because of this problem!

Well, i had this problem in the past... it's a problem with WLM.. i think you just wait for it to get better.
Tip 1: if it continues and you want to share files, send them through e-mail
Tip 2: to check when this does happen again, just add yourself to the contact list (the same way you do with any contact)

The reason why you appear offline to your contacts (and to yourself, since you've added yourself) is because of a bug in the Messenger protocol which still exists. Many people have experienced this. All you can do is sit it out.
