If you're using IE, you may want to try closing all open IE windows, then using Control Panel > Internet Options to clear the cache (and check 'Delete all offline content' too). If you're using another browser, try closing all but one window, then emptying the cache (fully), then closing the last window.
Then, when you next start your browser, you should have a completely clean cache.
