No not possible, you really can't change your email anyhow .

make a new e-mail account and add random people that way?
if you be mean, they will still block/delete the new address anyway

There's an option in the Messenger preferences which causes such errors to happen:

When you check it, you can't receive anonymous messages because the message bot isn't on your list. When you uncheck it, prepare for a message flood! (j/k, don't worry )
