I haven't been able to logg onto msn messenger because everytime I logged in that screen pops up & says trouble shoot. The error code was 8007efud. Something like that. Plus everytime I try to logged into MSN Hotmail, the website don't work at all. Is there a problem with my internet connection?

Chances are that it's a problem with the server that you're connecting to. There's nothing you can do but wait I'm afraid. If you can get on this website and any others, then it's obvious that it's nothing to do with your internet connection.
It could be a few minutes, a few hours or even a few days before you can get back online again.
