O.P. Message Sending errors
I seem to have a problem with sending messages. sometimes they will be recieved by the other person, sometimes i get an error message in the convo saying "The following message could not be delivered to all recipients: text you sent"
I've never had this problem when using WLM (Windows Live Messenger) without Messenger Plus! Live.

Could this possibly be a bug in the program?

Maybe a error on WLM servers, that used to happen to me. But i fixed it by restarting WLM.

this has nothing to do with messenger plus!,  as darkme said, it is a glitch on the servers and theres nothing you can do about it

I get this problem too, but a different way to solve. Me got a Linksys router G w Speedbooster, and it seems like if some is BTing or using high amounts of bandwidth, messenger will not be able to send messages, nor will anything else be able to connect...

but also suprisingly, I can still see contacts going online and offline. Its just the new things dont connect. i.e., a new explorer window.

seeing contacts going online/offline, etc have all todo with incomming traffic.

Opening convo windows, sending messages, etc have all todo with outgoing traffic.

It might be possible that your router or software you use slows down the outgoing packets in such a way that a time-out will occur.

Yup. That is for sure. My cousin uses BT, so he ends up eating up a lot of outgoing traffic...which then I cant use the Internet.
