RE: What are cultural practices?
Cultural practices
May relate to language, shared sense of history, religious and spiritual observances; protocol, eating and drinking habits; prohibitions and taboos; forms of artistic expression
in other words acts.things .that the culture you are studying..seem to do as part of that culture...
usually something you notice that lebanese bring to other countries when they move to your country ...such as differnce of beleifs...perhaps diet ..the way they school...dress ..etc

I need to search Lebanese's Cultural Practices but cant' quite understand what it is..
a practice: something which is done on a regulary basis
cultural: anything todo with a culture
cultural practice: something which that culture does and which is unique (or as good as) to that culture.
eg:
quote: from http://www.smallarmssurvey.org/files/portal/spotl...or-eg-pal-2002.pdf
(...)
In Lebanon for example, in the region of Ba’albek and the Mountain, when a baby boy is born, it is still said, “we have increased by one gun”. In many counties in the Middle East, it is regarded as natural and useful that families possess a weapon. Culturally, firing weapons is even portrayed as an expression of happiness in private or public occasions. In the year 2000, there were 40 such cases reported to have taken place in Jordan.
(...)
that would be a typical cultural practice of the region of Ba’albek.
Google search: lebanese cultural practices
more complex/refined Google search: (lebanese OR lebanon) ("cultural practice" OR "cultural practices")
