Just by the looks, SanDisc wins hands down.
Make sure you check out the battery life cause most users complain about that later (<3 sony with its 50 hour battery life and 1 min recharge = 1 hour playtime  ) [

I would go with the Camnex one, it has 10 times as much space. Its not really a fair comparison, its a bit like comparing a Land Rover to a Mini.

It's more like comparing a Hummer to a Honda Civic.
The Honda Civic is going to go 100,000 miles, while the Hummer is only going to get you half of the way there before major repairs (or in the case probably replacement).
