Is it possible to create a script to hide the WLM icon from the system tray when i push 'ctrl and h' and then re-show it when i repeat the command?

well you can hide the icon in tray using windows taskbar properties.

or you can boos protect it with a custom image, say 1 pixel by 1 pixel

for scripts, no clue i dont work with scripts at all

Well, CookieRevised has already created a script to hide your system tray icon. As for Ctrl+H, you can either use Messenger Lock, or use some other means of catching the global hotkey. (Note: Ctrl+H is a common shortcut in many programs!)
