Is there any way of seeing if another person has plus! or not? If there isn't could a script be made to tell this or is it impossible unless patchou puts an option like that in plus?

If you type /ping then the person will respond automatically if they have plus.  There isn't (and there is unlikely to ever be) a better way than that.  Aside from asking them of course.

If the person doesn't have plus! thy will see the ping request right? And if the person has plust will they still see the request?

Yes, and yes.
Also, the user you are pinging, might had disabled the option to reply to ping requests, so you can't be 100% if the other person has Plus!

Oh ok. But there must be another way of to know if someone has plus! I mean how does Discover live know when people have discover live instaled or not?
