RE: Wireless or wired?
I use wired broadband, it's just easier etc.
I'm getting wireless when I move house though, and I'm detached right on the end of a row so there's no way anybody could possibly steal my connection .

RE: Wireless or wired?
Make the poll multiple selections
I have wired trough downstairs computer as proxy
And when that computer is turned of I can't access the internet so I use our neighbours unsecured wireless
(It's a bit suspicious when I go downstairs and turn the comp on when I'm supposed to be in bed )

RE: Wireless or wired?
I have both.
I used to have a normal router to I made a normal wired network with 2 computers and a printer on it. But now I replaced the router with a router/accespoint combo so I can use WIFI enabled devices too.
And it's secured with a WEP key, I used to have WPA but my Nintendo DS doesn't support WPA so I went back to WEP.

You're 17 and not allowed to stay up late?

I use both wireless and wired in my home. The wireless is secured with WPA-PSK and a very long passphrase.
same here except that i dont even know my passkey because its completely random and includes letters, numbers and many symbols

I can stay up til 23:30, but most of the times I stay up til 01:00
sometimes even til 03:00 but don't tell my mom
2 weeks though, then I'm 18, then I can stay up til I go to bed, (d'oh) (18, yeah!!)

RE: Wireless or wired?
I personally use a unsecured wireless connection. My dad's pc uses wired however, as he's close to the router.
If i'm well over my bandwidth however, I can leech next doors wireless connection

RE: Wireless or wired?
Wired/Wireless: Wired for computers near the router which aren't moving anytime soon (PCs) and secure wireless for laptop.
