so im gonna ask you...
in Display Picture Changer when type in chat window /DPCSteal i steal the picture but where is that pic ?i cant find it

Anyway, Cookie's post explains where display pictures are saved. Just change them to PNG

You could also use Messenger Plus! Live's display picture stealer.
To use that just open up your contact list, right click on your contact -> "Messenger Plus! Features" -> "Contact Information..." -> "Save this image..."
There you have it

i know that...but can i steal the whole picture actual size ?

No paradoX^^. You are sent the display pics at that size.

Doesn't stuffplug offer the ability to save DPs at their original size? if not it must have been a previous version, but I could have swore that it was one of the features for this new version
