 What happened to the Messenger Plus! forums on msghelp.net?

O.P. error in download
It comes up with the normal.. run save cancel screen.. and when u click run... and then let it d/l... it comez up with Win32 Application Error and exits that program..... is there anything i can do to get around this problem?
