I am having problems with messenger plus live - it does not seem to have installed properly and now when i try to uninstall it or redownload it i am getting a fatal error 8005 installation error.

Any ideas?

You can sign in with windowslive messenger? Do you have msn 7.5, or what version of msn do you have? To check, go to the page where you sign in on yourr msn, where it says file, contacts at the top, click help, then look for about, then it should sawy what version. Msg Plus live will only work on windows live messenger, but you can still get the old msg plus with the old msn. I can post link if you  need

i have live messenger 8.0.0812.00 and no probleme for sign up on live messenge but msg plus it's not run

I've a big problem. I can't use windows live messenger: my error is 80072ee6....is there anyone who knows it and could help me to resolve my problem? thank you....

i have running directly don't save on the disk
and msg it's not running on task manager

What is the exact error message you receive. Messenger Plus! Live has no numerical installation error messages.

the exact message is "a fatal error occured, the setup cannot continue error code: 8005"

if i were you i'd be doing a Sytstem Chkdsk = checkdisk . to me it looks like your having other issues  with your PC ann not MPL4
