MSN BackUp V1.2.1 < saves as MCO files...easy putting back emotes etc. too
Custom Emoticon/Display Picture Backup Wizard < backs up emotes and display pictures in png format. Adding them (back) will have to be done manually one by one through MSN/WLM same way you always import emotes. Even tho the article doesn't say it works with Windows Live Messenger...it does, i tried it myself.
