The Live extension isn't downloading for me. I tried to download it, but when it goes to install it, my computer says the file I downloaded isn't a vald Win32 application. I have tried to open it manually, but it says the same thing. Before I got Live I had the older version of Plus!

Try deleting your internet cache and then try downloading from a mirror.
To clear cache in Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options > Delete Files
In FireFox > Tools > Clear Private Data > Cache
