Hi,
Please help... I've been having this problem ever since I downloaded Live Messenger and its driving me mad... I don't know how many times i have uninstalled and reinstalled it - I've lost count! And I'm missing its features!!

When I install it the plus menu item appears, but when clicked on it shows only the following:
- Software not loaded...
- About Messenger! Plus...

When I click on the first it comes up with the following message: An error occurred which prevented Messenger Plus! Live from loading properly. You can try reinstalling the software of waiting for an update to become available.

As I said, I have reinstalled it many times, and several updates have become available, none of which have solved the problem!

Anyone any ideas?

Sorry for asking, but Waht is your version of WLM???
If it's 8.1, Plus! is not compatible...

Maybe Unistaling and trying to instal it again???

I've got version 8.0 of WLM...

As i said, have done that many many many times... and its not helping!!!! The previous version of MSN and Plus! worked fine, so I'm getting quite frustrated....

Has anyone any other gems of wisdom?
