Can the usb cable that is used to transfer songs to the nano be used to charge it?  My friend has a Nana and he says he needs a charger cable, but i say his transfer cord will do just fine. I would think apple (stupid as they are), would make the nano draw power through the transfer cable.  If i get him a way to charge his nano i get his shuffle.

That is how you charge a nano.

And I wont even start on the "stupid as they are" comment seeing how apple has the majority market share for DAPs.
