After people leave a coment often they have a picture or a link or just some txt.. how can i add that please.

Go to the user CP, then click on "Edit signature"

Hint: if you want to enable your signature in all posts you made, then check the radio button "Enable signature in all my existing posts" and click "Update Signature". That way, all posts you've made will use your signature.
