Hi, my auntie has some spyware called VirusBursters.
It hijacks firefox and makes it go to
here. IE won't even start up. It shows annoying balloon tips saying that there's system errors and stuff like that. It shows an icon on the task bar that switches between a "?" and a "X".
My auntie has an up-to-date McAfee but it doesn't find it. I've searched but only been able to find a tool which had a virus/trojan itself. Can someone please help me?
