Where can I get this version again?

I tried the newest MsgPlus! on 8.0 and a few scripts don't work...

So where could I get this 'older' version of messenger plus ?

well, there is no reason why any script would stop working with the latest version of Messenger Plus! if you didnt change your version of Messenger. Can you tell us what scripts have problems?

I was using the 8.0.812 version of messenger, and the newest plus!.

The email tooltip (Click) would crash messenger when enabled. Otherwise it worked fine.

Enchanter (Click) does the same thing.

As does Statistics (can't find a link, sorry) and Gmail Checker.

Appmon+, Activity Launcher etc work just fine. I enabled scripts one by one seeing which ones would crash messenger.

I have done the following:

1. Installed the 4.10 Plus! over the 4.01 Plus! with wlm8.0 which lead to crashes.

2. Uninstalled Plus!, rebooted, and reinstalled the new version which lead to crashes.

3. Uninstalled wlm8.0, and Plus! 4.10 (as well as reg cleaning for both), rebooted, reinstalled, and STILL crashed.

4. Installed wlm8.1, Plus! 4.10, and still got crashes. Got frustrated...


The above "tests" were all crashed by trying to install email tooltip as the ONLY script.

I miss my wlm lol. Can't function without Plus!, so currently wlm is off my system... until I can either get this fixed, or grab the older version of Plus.

There's a new version of Email Tooltip which doesn't crash 8.1.  (-dt-'s reply to [Release] Email tooltip).

Thank you very much for both links Felu . I'll stick with the older stuff for now until I am sure all the scripts I use daily are functional with the new Plus! and new Wlm.

Its 4 am here... and I have work today so I must get to bed XD. I'll look into all this again after work . Thanks ^_^
