I'm using WLM 8.0.0812.00 and Plus 4.10 and sometimes when I send or receive some emotion sound clips the program crashes.
What can I do to fix this?

Are you running any patch? like mess patch or a-patch?
as far as i know these problem are related after applying patches to wlm

They do....

No, I'm not running any patch whatsoever, just the plain WLM 8.0 and Plus! 4.10, and they work fine, except for that problem...

Have you tried reinstalling WLM and Plus!?

Yup, and I also downloaded both from the official sites, but I'm still having the same problem...
