is there a way to play a recorded video instead of live webcam on msn?

Yes it is possible, there are a few programs that can do this. In the past I have used SplitCam (free), which can stream AVI and MPEGs.

Just open the program, set the video source as video file, browse to the video and then in MSN/WLM choose SplitCam Capture in Audio/Video setup.

I found a program called fakewebcam I need your program along with this to use is simulatniously?

You do not need any other program if you use Splitcam. I personally have never used Fakewebcam, so I can't help you with that.

If you use Splitcam, here are some screenshots of how it should be set up:
