Or you can simply use the other script, "Windows Notifier", which does work

discovery doesnt work at all windows notifier notifies too much
for discovery it doesnt even show a menu guess vista or my pathced msn doesnt like it

The problem is the registering of the dll.....I think that the creator will update it soon....Greetings

Or you could just install it and then go
Start>Run and then type "regsvr32 opennotifier.dll" (without the quotes) |

Doesnt seem to work for me, trying everything. Using version 8.1.0178.00, btw. Honestly, I've loading Session Open Notifier and trying Convo Notifier, and it doesnt toast up when someone opens a conversation to me. Using Vista Ultimate..

I've recently tried this but it doesn't seem to work with the latest MSN8.1 (8.1.0178.00).
nx01rules, is it possible for you to update it to the latest version?

install and then go to start-->run-->"regsrv32 C:\Program Files\Messenger Plus! Live\Scripts\Open Notifier 0.5 BETA\opennotifier.dll"

Doesn't work for me..  .. It says it can't find the ''regsrv32'' file.
If I try ''C:\Program Files\Messenger Plus! Live\Scripts\Open Notifier 0.5 BETA\opennotifier.dll'' instead
it does find it but thats just the .dll so I don't know what I'm supposed to do with it |
