Urm My Messenger plus is not working on 1 of my accounts. when it disconnected, i was just colouring my personall mesage: /psm etc. then wen i tried signing in on windows messenger it worked. msg plus! works with my other accouts so im really confused. I've had msg plus for a while now. I think the problem might have occured when i was personalising my personal message help please!
You can try to fix it by removing the directories: %userprofile%\contacts\XXXXX %userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Windows Live Contacts\XXXXX
where XXXXX is your email address or your MSN User ID. Which can be calculated here
NOTE: some folders may be hidden...to unhide them go...Tools -> Folder Options -> View -> Choose "Show Hidden Files and Folders" -> Click on OK. Then make sure once you are done, to change it back
