recently my msn started to act very strange.  The ppl on my list are never online.  The ppl i add or ppl who added me.,..nothing happends.

I am unable to send msgs.  When ppl send me msg, that msg window says that this person is not on my contact list but it is. 

I have tried to uninstall/reinstall, restart comp, sign out and sign back in.

I am thinking there is something wrong with the reg, but I have not dont nothing to it.
