you can have a ddp though (dynamic display picture)

If you mean a display picture in Messenger then you can't use a animated GIF, but you can use one of those WeeMees and Dynamic Display Pictures from BlueMountain.

to add the the above: it wont be possible, microsoft are making to much money out of companies such as 'blue mountain'.
