O.P. Linksys Router IP?
Well, im at a friends house and we need the WEP, and i found his router is linksys and so i went on 192.168.0.1 and i needed to login with a username and password, and does anyone here know the defualt pass and user for linksys?

bump sorry but this is kinda urgent :)

I tried admin and and admin but it did not get through :(

Do you realize that you have to find the router's model number in that list? And if it doesn't work, his router must have a different password.

Linksys have great support. Just go to their website and enter the support chat room. Support can directly talk to you, and they are very helpful, as the instructions can be hard to understand sometimes :P

Just put a pin in the hole for like 15 seconds, but you're gonna have to reset all the settings back to the way he/you want them.

Thanks, when his dad left, we just plugged  out the router for 5 minutes....... Now he has no WEP, so the problem is somewhat solved. And now the password is admin, and user is admin, thanks guys

.. its alot better than your random guessing, and the model number is normally written on the back on the router.
