[size=2]okay so i will change my screen name and sign out...then when i sign back in its my old screen name and not the new one..how do i fix that ?[/size]

What version of messenger are you using?
Help > about messenger.

uninstall wlm and install again.

this problem also occours if you use msn messenger then wlm  (or vice versa) sometimes.

also: try and give it time for the new screen name to kick in, my wlm is a bit slow at chnaging the screen name (when i have chnaged on different computer - then signed on to my home pc)

Yeah, usually with 8.1 and then if you sign onto 8.0/7.5. That's why i asked which version he's using
