yes, it is the international communties place to go after anyone commiting war crimes and genocide. who says the british would have hung hitler? Britain does not have death row.. hitler would have been given to the british/french. Saddam was tried under iraqi law.. the way it should have been. Iraqi law states the death of a killer nothing to  do with the west.

It does for the most severe crime, treason.

Saddam being hung is going to make things a lot worse in my opinion.

you can only comit treason (And be charged) if you are a subject of the queen: hitler was not a british subject (citizen) and did not have indefinate leave to remain in the uk.+

and it will make it alot better than it was before. IT shows the iraqi government have a stern and hard hand on the law. If he wasnt hanged: it would have been much worse. All the shias would cause more trouble saying that the sunni government had influence in the descion.*
