O.P. Keyboard problem
Well its been like this for ages, but it hasn't really bothered me till now. Its really annoying
For example, to get an @ sign i have to hold shift them press 2, even though the"2" key has a speech mark above it, not an @ sign. Also to get a " i have to press the @' key. This also happens with many otehr keys for example, i cant find the hash key anywhere on my keyboard because when i push the hash key i get: \, but when i push the \ key i still get \ so i cant find the hash key.

Anyone know a way to fix this? Maybe some software or something?

To change this in Windows XP:

Go to "Start" and click on "Control Panel".
Click on "Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options".
Under "Pick a Control Panel Icon", click on "Regional and Language Options".
Go to the "Languages" tab and click on the "Details" button under the heading "Text services and input languages".

Then just pick the language you want :)
