Can anybody advised, if a person has not deleted you on their contact list but only block you, can I still send an offline message to that contact and that they will be able to read it?

no.... blocking a person means that you do not get any contact from them.... only emails but WLM doesnt check them

Well then the message would be able to be sent, but it would either not get received or bounce back at you. More than likely the later.

It sure sux when someone blocks rather then deletes you.  Wish we could really check then so much better for us to delete or block.

Isn't there really anyway to check if we are blocked or deleted. Sigh

Short answer: No.

Unless one of your friend adds them and they accept them, or something along those lines.

All 'block checkers' dont work and probably have viruses.
