I .... well dont kno how to say this without embarassing myself. I need to search for a contact that I deleted about 7 to 8 months ago. I just dont kno how to retrieve it. I have tried to do everything.... but its useless.... I am kinda losing it now.... am at the end of my wits practically. What I would like to kno is there some kind of a backup system that keeps a tab on all the contacts that I have had. I just dont kno who else to turn to.... maybe someone can help me. I need help..... PLEASE.[size=2][/color][color=red]

OK 3 things to cross check you have done...

1) If you go tools -> options -> privacy -> contact lists and click "view". See if you can find the contact you are after

2) If you go tools -> options -> privacy -> Allowed/Blocked List. Check if the contact is there

3) if you have a contact list backup from before the deletion of the contact, you can put that in and the contact should return.
