O.P. Blocked, deleted, but still talking to me.
This has happened a few times.
People keep talking to me even though they are blocked and deleted.
How can this happen??

Have you got the beta version of windows live messenger as this happened to me aswell when I had the beta version.

Then that is your problem, the BETA version always does that I would remove it if you want to stop this from happening.
