O.P. bring back custom nicknames
I know there has been multiple topics on this already, but I refuse to use the new msn because I can't stand it without nicknames. Now I know it does have the nickname thing but it's terrible. The only way I can tell who's who is through the msg plus nicks the msn one is an insult to msgplus nicks, please bring it back.

RE: bring back custom nicknames
Could you explain how it is "terrible"?
Once you assign a nickname to a contact, you'll see the nickname assigned using any PC that has WLM installed, with or without Messenger Plus! Live.

The only pain I had was, to assign the nicknames to my contacts.

We thank you, though, for your loyalty :)

Have a read throug this thread, it outlines quite a lot and gives you an understanding (though not everything will relate to you)
Read first! Messenger Plus! Live FAQ

Also, it is good that you feel strongly about it but Patchou can only do so much with his time, you can't expect him to do everything instantly.  Just be patient, I'm sure that this feature is either going to be fixd up a bit by the Messenger team or it is going to be implemented back into plus.... eventually.
