Is there a plug-in that allows me to 'block all' contacts at a touch of a button?

I've seen this for WLM, a script to instantly BLOCK ALL contacts in one command!

ah...and one more thing...a plugin to get IP addresses of contacts, like 'IPGet' script for WLM
