Nope you can't get a .com domain for free. You need to register one.

I'm using www.zendurl.com really nice, I've also have an account on http://phpnet.us/ and I like it too. They're both "Bannerless"

On zendurl my adress is http://www.zendurl.com/free4all

And on Phpnet my adress is http://jgodinho.phpnet.us (have nothing on it now)

So it isn't very big

EDIT:

If you want to give it a try, you have on portugue one that's www.<youradress>.pt.vu but I don't recomend...

That is not what is asked. He wants a free .com domain which isn't possible atm. What you suggested was a subdomain and a sub-directory. Also now when the thread poster is banned there is no need to discuss on it.
