I need you help, i'm writting a script for MPL but some crasy people ask me the same script without MPL

So i would like to create my program to insert in WLM.
I use C# and i would like to know if someone can say me how to integrate my program in WLM ?

I just want add some menu in the menu bar

You mean the MenuBar which has Files, Help, etc? Use GetMenu and Append Menu api. It won't be difficult to do so. I managed to put my own menu(without submenus) into the menubar even though i'm quite a newbie to C#.
