I'm trying to load scripts, but it does'nt work

Windows Vista (6.0.6000)
Windows Live Messenger 8.01.0178
Messenger Plus! Live 4.11.0.254

These are the messages i get:

(Some files of this script are in use, click ok to restart messenger to complete the installation)

And after restarting WLM:

(The selected script can not be installed succesfully, restart your computer and try again)

The account i use for this action has administrator rights.

what script are you loading?

I have tried several scripts:

Toastmsg
Stickeynotes
Screenshot sender 4
Script_updates

They all give the same messages.

ToastMessage works fine for me on Vista.

Please run regedit, go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Patchou\Messenger Plus! Live and check what directory is specified for ScriptsDir.

Then, if you know how, open this directory in the explorer, check its properties and tell me what security is set for it. Thanks.

Which type of user account do you have? Are you a standard user with and there is a separate Administrator?

Ik have use a standerd user with administration rights and also have an administrator account. Both accounts give the same messages.

Ok i'm back now...

I have found the scripts directory.

The owner is "Administrators" and this group is allowed full access except the special rights...

Could you please try reinstalling WLM and MP!L?

Reinstalling is not a problem, but wouldn't it be better for Patchou to have a look at this? (In case more people run into the same situation)

If i reinstall, the problem might be solved, but than it is impossible to find out what went wrong...
