It'd be ironic if a vista themed skin wouldnt work on vista. But yes any wlm skin will work on vista as there is no Vista-only WLM.

Also, why would i want the Vista taskbar in every window, looks dodgy when i have my normal vista taskbar, and then one in my contact list too(then more and more in my convo's) =/
