Hi, i have a question,

Usually when people are offline you cannot see their contact card picture if you click to start a msg, i take it this is normal right? I have noticed that one or two sometimes show the pic, does this mean they are online but showing as offline? is this a bug?

Also, a friend of mine was genuinely offline but i had clicked to send a msg for him to pick up later - his photo was showing......

i just want to clear up whether you can tell if someone is online but hiding by clicking to start a msg and seeing if their contact pic comes up or not.....

No, you can't tell from that. The fact that some do show their picture is because it is still present in the cache (on your comp).
